Terms of service.

These terms apply when you take a test, unlock a result, or hold a TraitMind subscription at Traits Test Centre. By making a payment you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Scope of the service

Traits Test Centre provides cognitive and personality assessments for self-knowledge and entertainment. The service is not a clinical assessment, not a diagnostic tool, and not a therapy provider.

What you can buy

Every test is open to take. There are two ways to pay, and the exact amount is always shown before you confirm payment.

One-time result unlocks

A single payment unlocks that test’s full report permanently — no subscription required, and it stays available to revisit.

• Personality test results — $12.99

TraitMind subscription

$13 USD /mo, billed monthly, unlocking every test result plus the members area. It renews each month at that price until you cancel.

Prices are shown and charged in one currency, selected from your location; visitors outside our supported currencies are charged in US dollars. Promotional pricing may apply to a particular payment method (currently PayPal) — where it does, the discounted amount is displayed on that payment option before you pay, and that is the amount charged.

Included trial and billing

• Every test purchase includes a 7-day TraitMind trial. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the price disclosed at checkout until you cancel. These renewal terms are shown next to the payment buttons before you pay.
• Cancel the trial any time before it ends from your dashboard and you will never be charged for the subscription. We email a reminder before the first renewal.
• Renewals are charged to the payment method used for your purchase. If a renewal payment fails, access may be suspended until payment succeeds.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time from your dashboard, two clicks. No annual lock-in.
• After you cancel, access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges are made after you cancel.
• Cancelling the subscription does not remove result unlocks you have already paid for — those remain yours.

Refunds

• One-time result unlocks: 30-day money-back guarantee — full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
• Subscription: cancel any time to stop future charges. We do not refund part-used billing periods, and you keep access until the period ends.
• To request a refund, email support@traitstestcentre.com from the address used at purchase.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details — they are held by the provider, which returns only a token we use for renewals you have agreed to. Charges appear on your statement under our billing descriptor shown at checkout.

Fair use

Paid assessments are limited to one attempt per 90 days unless you hold an active TraitMind subscription. Repeated attempts at the same paid assessment within that window may be invalidated.

Changes to pricing

We may change prices. A change never affects a payment you have already made, and any change to your subscription price is notified by email before it takes effect, leaving you time to cancel.

Limitation of liability

Traits Test Centre and its operators are not responsible for any decisions you make on the basis of assessment results. The service is provided as-is.
